Good Enough Therapy Services, LLC

Offering mental health and trauma therapy to adults across PA and NJ.

We might be a good fit if:

  • You have been called an “old soul” and/or you self-identify as very insightful.

  • You have a good intellectual understanding of yourself and situations but you struggle to break certain self-destructive patterns.

  • You seem really put together but you feel like you’re barely managing.

My name is Monica Zack, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in providing trauma therapy to those with complex trauma histories. I focus on issues related to poor self-esteem, high anxiety, and toxic relationship patterns. I often work with people in recovery from narcissistic abuse looking to find themselves again, as well as family members of people with drug and alcohol problems. If there’s one thing I want you to know, it’s that regardless of whether or not we end up working together,

You are already good enough.

Why “Good Enough” Therapy Services?

My work centers around the belief that you are already good enough, just as you are. “Good enough” is an inherently human quality that we all possess. When we experience chronic stress or trauma throughout our lives, it is normal to internalize negative experiences and start to believe that we are no longer enough.

However, one result of successful treatment, in my opinion, is understanding that even if you are acting in maladaptive or unhelpful ways at the present moment, you are still inherently good enough.

The top left poster features a stylized sunrise and mountain landscape with the words, "Relax your forehead, Unclench your jaw, Drop your shoulders, Take a deep breath." The top right poster has abstract, wavy shapes with the phrase, "Healing is not linear." The bottom left poster depicts a simple, abstract tree with the words, "Inhale, Hold, Exhale, Hold." The bottom right poster displays the phrase, "You are not your thoughts," over a floral background.
